With UC AB’s new service Digital Share Register Fortnox customers can safely store their digital share register and protect themselves against the growing problem of corporate hijacking.

By registering the company’s share in the service Digital Share Register may share certificates stored digitally and provide effective protection against fraud. To further strengthen this protection is made daily checks with the Companies Registration Office.

The service Digital Share Register is a product developed by UC AB but sold and communicated via Fortnox, and is available via Fortnox software.
