SAP launches new support package for companies in the digital change – Mynewsdesk (press release)

SAP launches a new support service that is specifically designed for companies with a mix of own systems and cloud solutions, so-called hybrid solutions. Support package called SAP Preferred Care and is an addition to the standard support SAP Enterprise Support.

The new package is a complement to the existing cloud version of SAP Preferred Care and includes enhanced and more flexible call-only support services. This includes a dedicated contact for incident management, access to a product expert for a specific SAP software for a year and a large number of services from SAP that continuously optimizes the implementation and operation.

– SAP gives all customers a very comprehensive support and SAP Preferred Care is appreciated by our cloud customers because it provides a whole new level of service. Now, we also provide customers with their own solution installations access to the same services that not only protects their investments in digitization but also adds increased flexibility and freedom of choice, says Michael Rieder, senior vice president, Global Head of Enterprise Support & amp; Premium Engagements, SAP SE.

– The trend towards increased digitization is incredibly fast and a greater technical complexity has meant that we are seeing a rapidly growing need for this type of service.
