LTH student Elin nominated for this year’s IT girl – Lunda Gard

For everyday studying Elin Backlund engineering at LTH. But on Wednesday she was elected as the IT giant Microsoft’s ambassador for women in the IT industry.

IT industry remains far from equal and in many future professions illuminates the representation of women by their absence.

But it should now be about to change – using a student at Lund University. Elin Backlund studying engineering physics with specialization in software and was awarded on Wednesday awarded “it-girl”.
