I need:

* can be minimal application of limited resources, modest system
* to run on one or two Windows XP clients, or preferably in the router (Virtual, embedded etc)
* results should of course primarily saved “locally” on a hidden and safe way
* If it goes the remote-inlogga secure, encrypted, and “read out” data is a plus
* platform such as this software must of course be guaranteed to be safe, open source? and not have back doors etc.
