HUAWEI: BUY NETWORK FROM IRISH AMARTUS

STOCKHOLM (AFX) Chinese technology company Huawei buy Dublin-based Amartus business in network management.
It writes the Financial Times.
The purchase includes software and personnel specialized in the so-called software-defined networking, a method to control the network and reduce the need for physical work with the equipment.
Huawei will not disclose the price of the acquisition.
