Breakit – Facebook wants to give you a personal assistant named Moneypenny – Breakit (press release)

Want to get help with the booking of holidays journey through Facebook? According to the site Theinformation the Company is developing a service that through their meddelandeapp Messenger makes it possible to employ personal assistants to help with research or booking trips and craftsmen. The aim should be to attract more users to meddelandeappen.

This spring, a variety of new ways to interact through Messenger. The company has also begun to experiment with games to be able to use the app.

The service of personal assistance, code-named “Moneypenny” in true James Bond spirit, is still at the testing stage and it is unclear when it will be launched.

Several startups like Magic, Operator and GoButler doing similar ideas. Through a combination of software and staff will help the users to interact with e-retailers and service companies.
