IFS ACQUIRES FINNISH mainiot

STOCKHOLM (AFX) ERP company IFS – EQT bid on – acquires Finnish mainiot of Solteq.
According to a press release.
The purchase price is not clear. IFS pay cash for 100 percent of the shares. The acquisition will have a limited positive impact on 2016 results, according to the IFS.
mainiot makes software for plant maintenance and services in the energy, process, manufacturing and service to, among others, SSAB and had a margin level EBITDA of 25 percent from EUR 5 million in revenue for the full year 2015.
Wallenberg sphere venture capital company EQT closed in February its bid for IFS and controlled when representing 87.4 percent of the votes and 83.8 percent of the shares. At the beginning of the month flagged hedge fund Elliott Capital for a holding of 11.3 percent of the capital in IFS.
