HMS Industrial Networks AB acquires eWON SA – evertiq.se

HMS Industrial Networks has signed an agreement to acquire all shares of the Belgium-based company eWON SA. The purchase price amounts to EUR 30 million on a debt free basis, payable in a combination of cash and shares in HMS Networks.

eWON was founded in 2001 and headquartered in Nivelles, Belgium. With subsidiaries in the US and Japan, provides eWON communication products and services for remote access of industrial applications and controllers (PLC), data acquisition applications and cloud-based software. eWON working with large major manufacturers of PLCs and automation systems globally.
